Dallas

This week I traveled to Dallas for a meeting of the organization I am part of, NAFSA Region 3 Team. It was 2 days full of meetings at the beautiful SMU campus (sorry, no photos)  but we also had some time to enjoy! (I was there Thursday-Saturday). We stayed at a boutique hotel at the campus, The Lumen.

Start of the year…

Start of the year…

Not much to report. It was a very busy week at work, getting ready for the return of the students. It will be a very busy semester with a lot of travel!

Saturday I did my long run – 5 miles in one hour. It was easier than when I ran 5 miles last week. However, my left knee is not liking this running business… It hurts! It wants to slow me down.

Here is our dinner from Saturday night: Graham’s special pork chops with Brussels sprouts and baked potato. I made Canjica for dessert!
